(1). General knowledge of Rabindranath’s Geeti Natyas.
(2).Influence of Baul in Rabindra Nath dance, influence of classical dance, influence of different country dances.
(3). Detailed knowledge regarding the costumes and body decorations of Rabindra dance.
(4).Knowledge of writing in Taal lipi in Thah and Dugun lay with full introduction of Taal group prescribed in the syllabus.
(5). Rabindra Shashta Taal paddhati – Difference between North Indian Taal paddhati.
(6). Brief history of Indian dance style.
(7). Definition of Ras and Bhav.
(8). Knowledge regarding various departments of Abhinay.
(9). Knowledge regarding cervical discrimination.
(10). Biography- Vishnu Chakraborty, Pratibha Devi.
Practical
(1).Dance with at least one Rabindra Sangeet in Ardhjhap, Navtaal, Jhapataal and Ekadashi Taal and practice reciting the taals with tali khali.
(2). Dance of eight of the following with Rabindra Sangeet Pooja – 2, Prem – 2, Prakriti – 1, Vichitra – 1, Swadesh – 1.
(3). Kathakali ‘Todayam’ Nirtya.
(4). Manipuri Chali – from 16 to 24 sequence.
(5).Bharat Natyam – Aadhau – from 31 to 50 sequence.
(6) Rabindra Nritya – Dance of Natyam Nayika character.
(7). Behavior and practical knowledge of the first pataka currency of non-united Mudra.
(8). Elementary knowledge regarding vision difference.
