(4).Types of Tan-Gamak, Shuddh, Saral, Koota and Mishra.

(5).Nav Taal, or the division of different Taals and Matras of Odissi music.

(6).Detail of swars of different raags along with taal and comparative study of different raags and their swars.

(7).Knowledge of lipi of swar and taal.

(8).Knowledge of the need of Alap in singing.

(9).Life introduction –

(2).Elementary knowledge of Ekgun (Thah), Dugun, Tigun and Chaugun laykari etc.lay.

(3).Practice of independent singing in the form of Alap and Taan.

(4).Demonstration of all types of taan.

(5).In addition to the Raags prescribed in the previous course, Raags prescribed are Desakshaya, Gaur, (Kalyan Ahori), Ghanyakshi, Marva, Bhairavi and Jhijhoti, Anandmairav ​​etc.

(6).Swar Malika or Lakshan Geet in prescribed raags.

(14).Ability to recite Ekgun ,Dugun and Chaugun, Tali including Khali, as prescribed in the syllabus.
