(3).Knowledge of musical instruments used in Manipuri dance.

(4).Difference between Manipuri and Kathak dance styles.

(5).Brief History of Indian Dance.

(6).Manipuri dance costumes and colors.

(7).Analysis of acting and knowledge of its various departments.

(8).Definition of Ras and Bhav.

(9).Comparative study of Manipuri and Hindustani raags.

Practical

(1).Achova Bhangi Parang in Rajmel Tal.

(2).Shri Krishna Balya Leela and Krishna Abhisar dance, relationship, Vakasur slaughter, knowledge of dances.

(3).Ability to dance on Sulphak (10 Matras) and Tanchap (14 Matras) taal.

(4).Ability to dance to a Vilambit lay.

(5).Practice of reciting the bol of all the taal under the syllabus by showing the khali , tali  on the hands.

(6).Practice of Lai Haroba dance.

(7).Knowledge of first 6 parts of Bhangiprang with background music

(8).Ability to play set taals on the pung.

(9).Knowledge of raags and raginis of ten thaats.

(10). Practical knowledge of Cholam on Nat Pung.

(11).Knowledge of different types of Naga dance.
