- Child Kanthe ji suffered a lot due to separation from his teacher. He was eager to go to Nepal somehow.
- Fortunately a person from his locality was going to Nepal. You started with them and somehow reached Nepal in five days.
- Your happiness knew no bounds after meeting your revered Guru.
- Staying with him in Nepal for four years, you did hard meditation and got knowledge.
- Pandit Baldev Sahay also taught you with great affection and gave you immense knowledge.
- Kanthe Maharaj used to practice tabla regularly for a long time. Even the index finger of your right hand used to get torn, but did not lack in practice.
- For this reason, you used to present solo playing continuously for many hours in music-conferences.
- You were very proficient in the maintenance of Gat, Paran, Chhand, Tehai etc. You earned a big name in your youth.
