Important notes-

(1) It has a beautiful blend of two raags, Jait and Shri. Jait is in its east and Shri Raag is in its north. (1) Ma(t)Pa Ni Sa* and (2) Re(k) Ni Dha(k) Pa are Sri Raag Ga and (1) Ga Pa, and (2) Pa Ga Re(k)Sa are Jaita Raag  are.

(2) This is Sandhiprakash Raag in the evening. For Sandhiprakash raag, it is necessary for Rishabh to be komal and Gandhara to be pure, along with this, in the evening Sandhiprakash raag, intense Madhyama predominates and in the morning Sandhiprakash raag, pure Madhyama is predominant. All these things are in this Raag, so it is considered as evening Sandhiprakash Raag.

(3) The association of Ga Pa, Pa Ga and [Re(k)*Ni] is prominent in this Raag. Tell us behind. It has been said that Ga Pa’s Sangati is Jait’s Par and Ren Ni Ra Ga is Shri’s. It has the specialties of both.

(4) This is a Raag of serious nature. It is practiced equally in all the three octaves.

(5) Bada Khayal, Chhota Khayal, Tarana etc. are sung in this. This is not a Raag of Thumari.

(6) Due to the predominance of Jaita Anga in PurvaGa, they sometimes cross MadhyaMa in its ascension and use the combination of Ga Pa again and again in its
