- Pandit Yogesh Samsi is an Indian tabla player. Yogesh Samsi was born in Delhi to famous singer Pandit Dinkar Kaikini.
- Yogesh’s father introduced him to music at the age of four. At the age of four, he started learning tabla from Pandit H. Taranath Rao.
- Later, he sought guidance from Ustad Allah Rakha Khan, the greatest percussionist and father of the famous tabla player Zakir Hussain. He spent 23 years under the tutelage of Allarakha.

- Pt. Samsi has worked with India’s top class instrumentalists and singers and dancers including Vilayat Khan, Ajoy Chakraborty, Dinkar Kaikini, Bhimsen Joshi, Shivkumar Sharma, Hariprasad Chaurasia, Ken Zuckerman, Birju Maharaj, Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar and Ustad Rashid Khan. Have done.
