  • This Raag has a beautiful combination of Nat and Gaur Malhar. There is Nat Ang in its east and Malhar Ang in its Uttarang.
  • Sa Re – Re Ga – Ga Ma Re, Ni Nt AnGa Ke and Ma Re, Re Pa, Ni(k)Dha Ni Sa*, and Sa* Dha Ni(k)Pa Ma Dha Pa Ma Ga, Malhar Ang . Being a type of Malhar, it can be sung and played every time in the rainy season.
  • Some musician use komal Gandhar in it, but this type is not publicised. That’s why Bhatkhande ji has considered it as a Raag of quite a lot.
  • The Nat Malhar of komal Gandhar is considered to be quite That Janya and the Nat Malhar Bilawal of sudha Gandhar is considered to be that Janya.
