(Practical test for 100 marks and one paper on Shastra for 50 marks. First year syllabus is also included.)
Practical
(1).Including four other difficult Tatkar Hastaks in Teentaal, 2 Thaats, 1 Salami, 5 difficult Toda, 1 Chakkaradar Toda, 2 simple Gat Bhav and 2 good Tihai.
(2).Jhaptaal has 2 Tatkar, 1 Thaat, 1 Salami, 5 simple Todo and 2 Tihai.
(3).Lok Dance in Dadra and Keharwa Taals.
(4).Ektaal and Sooltaal Theka, Dugun and Chaugun and recitation by tali on hands.
(5).Tali on the hands to Tatkar and Todo and recitation in Thah, and Chaugun lay.
Theory
(1).Knowledge of the following technical terms – Nirtya, Natya Nirtya, Tandav, Lasya, Ang, Pratyang, Padhant, Gatbhav, Mudra and Chakkardar Toda.
(2).General knowledge about Naad and Dhwani
(3).General knowledge of Bhatkhande and Vishnu Digambara taallipi paddhati prevalent in North Indian music.
(4).Complete introduction to Ektaal and Sooltaal taals.
(5).Brief introduction of Kathak dance.
(6).Brief life introduction of Maharaj Bindadin and Kalika Prasad.
