• It is a simple raag which spreads evenly in all the three octaves. It needs to be avoided with Raageshree and Bihag raag.
• Komal Nishad and Rishabh are used in Rageshree, but Rishabh is forbidden in it. In Bihag also Rishabh, Pancham and Aarti are used, which are not used in this. The associations of Dha-Ga, Ma-Ni and Sa-Ga are prominent in this.
