Recitation of Rupak Taal on Hand –

Both hands are used to see the rhythm on the hand.

1st Partition  – Clap on first matra from right hand to left hand and counting 3 times and speaking the words (Bols)

2nd Partition  – Clap on 4th Matra from right hand to left hand and counting 2 times and speaking the words(Bols).

3rd Partition  – Keep the 6 th Matra empty with the right hand, count 2 times with the right hand and speak the words(Bols).
