Both hands are used to see the rhythm on the hand.

1st Partition  – Clap on first matra from right hand to left hand and counting 4 times and speaking the words (Bols)

2nd Partition  – Clap on 5th Matra from right hand to left hand and counting 4 times and speaking the words(Bols).

Third Partition  – Keep the 9th Matra empty with the right hand, count 3 times with the right hand and speak the words(Bols).

4th Partition – Clap on 13th Matra from right hand to left hand and count 4 times and speaking words(bols).
